Coming off of their first Beach Volleyball competition of the spring in Denver, Colorado two weeks prior, the Rustlers had acclimated themselves to the new terrain of play, and were ready to dominate their next competition in Grand Junction, Colorado. 

Division II Colorado Mesa University hosted the Rustlers for two rounds of Beach Volleyball, with 12 total matches on the docket. In the first round of matches, duo Khloe Hobson and Hallie Reeder put up the toughest fight to their competitors, but still fell in two sets, 21-11 & 21-12. In the second round, Sarah Meservey and Paige Mckenzie kept it the closest out of all the matches for CWC but also fell to CMU, 21-9 both sets. Central Wyoming slides to 2-3 on the season, and will travel to Rocky Mountain College in two weeks.
