The Rustlers carried that momentum into Saturday, January 24, for a road clash against Eastern Wyoming College. Unlike Wednesday's fast start, this contest was a defensive battle early on, with EWC leading 16-9 after the first frame.

CWC flipped the script in the second half, outscoring the Lancers 38-22 across the final two periods. The Rustlers' ability to get to the free-throw line proved to be the difference maker, as they converted 19 of 28 attempts compared to EWC's 13.

Standout Rustlers:

  • Bella Sika: Once again led the charge with 19 points, showing nerves of steel by going 8-for-9 from the charity stripe.

  • Laura Ring: Followed up her previous performance with another double-double, tallying 15 points and 14 rebounds.

  • Lexie Kesler: Added 11 points, including two timely three-pointers.
