Congratulations to Rachel Workman on being chosen as the Central Wyoming College Student Athlete of the Week!

Rachel is a sophomore on the Rustler Volleyball team where she plays right side hitter. She is proud to call Mapleton, Utah home, and came to CWC to obtain a Business Administraiton Associates degree. She wants to apply her education in the future when she starts a business designing houses.

Rachel enjoys spending her free time sewing, camping and four-wheeling, as well as doing finish carpentry, framing, and demolition on houses in the summer time. She is a resident assistant on campus, and is also a part of student senate and the swing dancing club. 

Head CWC Volleyball Coach Kim Davis on her nomination of Workman: "She delivered an outstanding performance, consistently elevating our level of play and impacting the match in every phase. Her focus, effort, and execution stood out this season in more ways than one, and she set the tone for our team throughout the season. She fully earned this recognition with the way she performed throughout the season as well as her Regional play."
