Congratulations to Davian Spoonhunter for being chosen as the Central Wyoming College Student-Athlete of the Week!

Davian is a freshman on the Rustler Cross Country team. Davian is originally from Riverton, Wyoming, and came to CWC to study Elementary Education. In his free time, he enjoys watching movies and spending time with his family, as well as help out with the Riverton Special Olympics track team.

Head CWC Cross Country Coach Christy Chatfield had this to say about her nomination of Spoonhunter: "Davian is an extremely hard worker, and is always positve and finding ways to be a good teammate. He just recently won the NJCAA Region 9 Cross Country Men's Individual title, and will be competing at the NJCAA national compeition on November 8 in Fort Dodge, Iowa."
